About the Role
We are seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week contract in a ICU Unit in Enumclaw, WA, 98022. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide essential patient care in a behavioral health setting.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Continuously monitor and assess critically ill patients, including vital signs, lab results, and responses to treatments, using advanced medical equipment.
✔ Administer medications, manage ventilators, provide wound care, and perform other complex interventions to stabilize and support patients with life-threatening conditions.
✔Work closely with physicians, specialists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
✔ Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and their families, explaining conditions, treatments, and care plans in a compassionate manner.
✔Rapidly respond to emergencies, such as cardiac arrest or respiratory failure, and perform life-saving interventions like CPR or administering emergency medications.
Qualifications Required:
✅ Active and unrestricted WA RN License.
✅ Minimum of 2 years of RN experience (ICU experience preferred).
✅ Current BLS certification.
