Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
- Monitor and assess patients throughout the labor process, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Administer medications, including epidurals and pain management, as ordered.
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other healthcare team members to provide optimal care.
- Accurately document all patient care and observations in the electronic medical record.
- Respond to emergency situations with professionalism and care.
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona RN License.
- Minimum of 4 year of L&D experience.
- Current BLS & ACLS Certification.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
