About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Med-Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Arroyo Grande, CA. This position provides an opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care in a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Monitor and assess patients with acute and chronic conditions.
✔ Provide medication administration, wound care, and patient education.
✔ Utilize telemetry monitoring to track patient vitals and detect changes in condition.
✔ Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare teams.
✔ Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with hospital protocols.
Qualifications Required:
✅ Active California RN License.
✅ Minimum of 1-2 years of MS/Tele experience.
✅ Current BLS & ACLS (American Heart Association).
✅ Strong clinical and assessment skills.
Preferred:
✔ Experience in fast-paced hospital environments.
✔ Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
✔ Proficiency with EKG interpretation and telemetry monitoring.
