Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg)

Pay: $50 - $60 per hour
12-Hour Shifts | Days & Nights Available

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg unit, including patient assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Monitor patient conditions, report changes, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families on post-hospital care and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies.
- Ensure compliance with hospital regulations and patient safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Montana (or compact state license).
- BLS & ACLS certifications (preferred or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum one year of Med/Surg experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
