Pay Range: $60 - $65 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) teams in North Dakota. This role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment while working alongside a collaborative healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg unit
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care plans accurately
- Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post-discharge care, and wellness strategies
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and nursing best practices
Qualifications:
- Active North Dakota RN License (Required)
- BLS & ACLS Certification (Required)
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience (Preferred)
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
