Pay Range: $55 - $60 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) teams across Nebraska. As an RN in our Med/Surg units, you will provide comprehensive and patient-focused care during night shifts, ensuring quality treatment and positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced Med/Surg unit
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams to provide the best patient care
- Educate patients and families on recovery and health management strategies
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Active Nebraska RN License (Required)
- BLS & ACLS Certification (Required)
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience (Preferred)
- Strong assessment, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
