About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Devils Lake, ND. This position offers an opportunity to provide specialized monitoring and care for patients with cardiac and critical conditions in a fast-paced telemetry unit.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Monitor and assess patients using telemetry equipment for changes in heart rhythms.
✔ Administer medications, IV therapies, and cardiac treatments as prescribed.
✔ Provide continuous patient assessment and intervention.
✔ Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
✔ Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions and treatment plans.
✔ Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital protocols.
Qualifications Required:
✅ Active North Dakota RN License or Compact License.
✅ Minimum of 1-2 years of Telemetry experience.
✅ Current BLS & ACLS (American Heart Association).
Preferred:
✔ Experience in cardiac monitoring, step-down, or progressive care units.
✔ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work efficiently in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
