What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Lead for Window Cleaning position at Sterling Total Care?
Looking for a new or experienced window cleaner to help run point for the window cleaning crew. Will train the right person to clean windows and people management experience preferred.
Candidate must be able to drive a van and have a clean driving record. Passing a criminal background check is also required.
Duties include but not limited to:

Driving van with equipment to job sites

Maintaining needed supplies
-
Inside & Outside window washing

Water pole work (outside only)

Ensuring the van stays clean and organized

Quality control of work done on the job site
The work is contract based so hours may vary and the position is PT. Typically we run from Mon - Fri. but there are times when weekends are included.
