We are seeking a detailoriented and reliable Independent Cleaning Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial cleaning and will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various client locations. As an independent contractor you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and workload while delivering highquality cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties including but not limited to dusting vacuuming mopping and sanitizing surfaces.
Clean and disinfect bathrooms kitchens and other hightraffic areas.
Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed such as carpet cleaning window washing and upholstery cleaning.
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
Manage supplies and equipment ensuring that all cleaning materials are properly maintained and restocked.
Provide exceptional customer service addressing any client concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of work performed including hours worked and supplies used.
