Risk Business/Product Analyst - with Futures experience
Sterling Trading Tech (STT), a Professional Trading Solutions company, is an industry leading professional global trading network and direct access trading platform for equities, options, and futures. We are seeking a Risk Business/Product Analyst to assist in the development and support of the Risk Product offering.
In this role, you will:
- · Assist in the development of a sophisticated SaaS based market risk and margin system.
- · Communicate system requirements to software development team
- · Create and maintain system documentation
- · Assist in system implementation for new clients
- · Serve as subject matter expert to internal personnel and clients
- · Work with QA to define detailed use cases so they can create test scripts and plans.
- · Collaborate with Product Managers to align on features and priorities
Requirements:
- · Minimum 3 years working in Risk technology or risk management at a software vendor, FCM, broker/dealer or bank.
- · Futures(SPAN) margin background necessary
- · Knowledge of option models and strategies
- · Bachelors degree required
- · Certification such as CFA, FRM (GARP) or PRM (PRMIA) is a plus.
- · Asset classes experience must include futures, US equity and equity options. FX and Fixed income exposure is a plus.
- · Understanding of brokerage margin rules such as RegT and Portfolio margin
- Nice to have - SQL
