Job Summary

The Human Resources Assistant will provide vital support to the Sr. Director of Human Resources, ensuring seamless employee onboarding, offboarding, and overall HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Onboarding: Assist in hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• HR Document Management: Edit, organize, and manage HR documents and policies under the direction of the Sr. Director of Human Resources.
• Audit and Compliance: Assist in audits of employee personnel data and files, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
• Communication: Respond to FAQs from applicants and employees, referring complex questions to the Sr. Director of Human Resources.

To be successful as our Human Resources Assistant, you'll need:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience in ADP (HRIS) preferred.
• Education and Experience: An associate degree in Human Resources or a similar business-related field is required.
