Our skilled nursing facility located in Andover, MA is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) RN to fill a full-time , salaried position in our skilled nursing facility. You'll be working in a well-run facility with a strong support staff.

  • Goal oriented bonus opportunity

Also, a $10,000.00 salary increase once the building has a substantial decrease in the usage of agency.

We would like to speak with a Director of Nursing (DON) RN who is solution-oriented and willing to provide guidance and support when uncertainty arises. Must be well organized and motivated.
