Position Description
The Ticket Operations Manager will lead the development, implementation, and management of the Festival's ticketing, access, and credentialing systems. This role involves setting up events on the ticketing platform, inputting accurate concert information, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
Weekly, the Ticket Operations Manager will monitor the ticketing system, handle patron inquiries, and prepare attendee reports for each concert. On concert Sundays, they will coordinate with Safety Managers to ensure efficient patron processing, oversee staff training, and provide real-time updates on attendance and ticketing issues.

Work Schedule :
