In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, ensuring their fiber optic needs are met, and driving business growth within the fiber optic solutions market. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions and delivering exceptional customer service to support the clients' network infrastructure needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients in the fiber optic industry.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand current accounts, and drive revenue growth by selling fiber optic products and services (e.g., cabling, hardware, installation, maintenance).
- Solution Design and Consultation: Work with clients to understand their fiber optic requirements and design customized solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, technical support, operations) to ensure the successful delivery of fiber optic products and services.
- Account Planning and Strategy: Develop account strategies and business plans to meet or exceed sales targets and foster customer satisfaction.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and the company.
- Market and Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in the fiber optic and telecommunications industry to provide clients with up-to-date, innovative solutions.
- Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring timely resolution.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in account management, sales, or technical sales, with a focus on fiber optics, telecommunications, or IT infrastructure.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of fiber optic products, network solutions, and related technologies.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building lasting customer relationships.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts in an accessible manner.
