What do we need?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced C# Web Developer to join our team and play a key role in the full lifecycle of our systems integration projects. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying web applications that seamlessly integrate with various third-party systems. This position can be a hybrid from the D.C. area or full-time remote from approved U.S. locations outside the D.C. area.
How will you make an impact?
- Designing, developing, documenting, and maintaining web applications using C# and ASP.NET.
- Collaborating with system engineers and other developers to understand integration requirements and design efficient solutions.
- Developing and implementing APIs for data exchange between our systems and external applications.
- Writing clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Conducting unit testing and integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality.
- Troubleshooting and debugging complex technical issues.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in C#, ASP.NET, and web development technologies.
What will you bring to the role?
- Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- 4-7 years of experience as a C# Web Developer.
- Strong understanding of .NET, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, Web Services, and SharePoint and developing for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) standard interfaces, WSS Web Part Framework, and Microsoft IIS.
- Experience with current releases of C#, ASP.Net, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and MS SQL Server, versioning software like Subversion or SourceSafe.
- Experience with Azure or AWS and Boomi and unit testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit, xUnit).
- Strong understanding of ASP.NET.
- Experience with web APIs and data integration techniques (e.g., RESTful APIs, SOAP).
- Proficient in SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Ability to address multiple tasks, technical issues and scheduling contingencies at the same time.
- Continuously seek quality service and process improvements in order to support a mission and strategic vision.
- Communicate and interact with, as well as support effective partnerships with peers and subordinates.
- Prioritize ongoing and new projects, as well as conduct research and gather information.
The good faith base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, education, and the candidate’s overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm.
