Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team specializing in selling SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) and laminate flooring products to retailers throughout Florida. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the flooring industry, possess excellent sales and relationship-building skills, and be willing to travel extensively across the state to meet with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential retail clients in the flooring market within Florida.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Present and demonstrate SPC and laminate flooring products to retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor products, and pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide feedback and insights to management regarding market conditions and client needs.
- Travel extensively across Florida to meet with retailers, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the flooring industry (SPC or laminate flooring experience preferred).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Florida (valid driver’s license required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
