This is a part-time on-site role for a Graduate Assistant Coach - Men's & Women's Rowing at Stetson University, located in DeLand, FL. The Graduate Assistant Coach will assist in daily training sessions, including both on-water and land workouts. Responsibilities will also include recruiting, attending regattas, and supporting the head coach in various coaching and administrative tasks. The Graduate Assistant Coach will also maintain equipment, assist with travel logistics, and contribute to the overall development and success of the rowing teams.
- Experience in rowing and coaching rowing at the collegiate level
- Ability to instruct, motivate, and lead student-athletes in both training and competitive environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
