ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND REPSONSIBILITIES:
- Timely creation of storyboards for photoshoots, videos, social media content, and instructional materials.
- Effective problem-solving and translation of ideas into visually compelling print and electronic media.
- Works collaboratively under the guidance of the Marketing AVP, providing design expertise across different departments.
- Confidently presents the institutional brand to the public and internal community while maintaining consistency across media channels.
- Provides design from inception to completion, translating ideas to both print and electronic media.
- Understanding of digital design for social media outreach.
- Collaborates with the internal creative department and marketing communication team.
- Stays current with design trends and standards, integrating them into graphic design for digital and print.

Required Skills
- Strong communication skills with a solid understanding of advertising principles, design best practices, typography, web and media trends, and marketing strategy.
- Understanding of web trends and basic HTML/CSS skills for active participation in web design and web graphic creation.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Mac platform.

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of graphic design and/or art direction experience in an agency or in-house marketing department.
