We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Steuben Center For Rehabilitation and Healthcare. As a member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nursing principles and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You will be responsible for observing residents, reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse, and assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as bed baths and shaving. You will also be required to set up meal trays, document food/fluid intake, feed residents, and serve nutritional supplements.
In addition to these duties, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, including making beds and keeping their spaces tidy. You will also be required to transport residents within the facility and turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
