Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday with occasional weekends
Education/Prerequisite Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Equipment/Training Knowledge:
- Protean Inventory System
- Basic computer and math skills
Work Specifications – Responsibilities:
- Responsible for food safety and quality
- Input customer orders and print pick slips
- Highlight code dates to pick FIFO
- Coordinate trucks with the guard shack
- Sign in/out drivers
- Reserve shipments in Protean
- Verify product, case count and code date shipping
- Approve the product is released to ship to the customer
- Create Bill of Ladings for drivers
- Send Bill of Ladings to customers
- Schedule appointment times with carriers
- Designate where which warehouse order is shipping from
- Create a daily schedule with direct shipments and shuttles
- Coordinate the number of shuttles needed and transportation with Allied
- Request the needed product to be returned from Allied to fill customer orders
- Release inventory to off-site storage facilities
- Enter White Wave shipments into SAP website
- Balance Allied’s inventory and investigate any discrepancy
- Enter and bill out Allied shipments in Protean
- Complete Allied transfers in Protean
- Maintain inventory and make necessary adjustment
- Make copies of transfer paperwork and Bill of Ladings for Accounting department
- Balance Steuben Inventory and investigate discrepancy
- Receive Inbound White Wave shipments in Protean
- Verify Allied receipts
- Daily forklift sheets
- Chep Pallet report
- Chep Pallet Inventory
- Forklift Inventory
- Forklift Licenses
- All other duties as assigned
