ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As an Account Representative for our large local State Farm agency you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You would be assigned 1 / 3 of the Agencies book of business to sell and service your assigned customers. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services and servicing customers accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Provide information about insurance products and services.

Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.

Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Experience in customer service or sales preferred, but not required.

Capable of learning the insurance business using our comprehensive training program.
