Your role will involve assisting customers with their service needs, recommending necessary repairs and maintenance, and coordinating with our technicians to ensure timely completion of work. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in determining their vehicle service needs - Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services - Upsell additional services or repairs based on customer needs - Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work - Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs - Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history Skills: - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services - Knowledge of air brake systems, suspension systems, and transmission systems - Familiarity with tire services, including installation, rotation, and balancing - Basic understanding of diesel engine repair and maintenance - Mechanical aptitude to understand vehicle issues and recommend appropriate solutions - Proficient in performing oil changes and other routine maintenance tasks - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to customers and technicians - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service in the automotive industry, we encourage you to apply for the position of Service Advisor.
