Job Description: As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals understand and select benefits that best meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing personalized insurance solutions.
  • Sales and Networking: Proactively seek out new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement. Educate clients on the benefits of our insurance products.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the appropriate insurance coverage for each client.
  • Presentation and Proposal: Present benefits solutions to clients, clearly explaining the benefits and terms of each product. Prepare and submit detailed proposals.
  • Follow-Up and Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Professional Development: Continuously improve your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends through training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
