General Summary : This position is responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of the office, building, and factory.
Major Responsibilities : include the following. List the job's most import functions and responsibilities.
Walking buildings each morning to identify & clean anything missed by night crew Including (but not limited to) bathrooms, kitchens, offices, common areas, etc.
- Communicate issues with Office Manager / Office Coordinator
- Night Crew Supervisor or Operations Manager
- Restocking Bathrooms Dispensers, Paper supplies - soap, toilet paper & paper towels, Kitchen supplies
- Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc.
- Soup, popcorn, etc.
- Soap & Purell dispensers
- Purell Dispensers (throughout building)
- Vacuum carpeted areas and sweep and mop linoleum floors
- Empty garbage cans - 1x / day
- Maintain stock in Janitorial Closet
- Prepare coffee, juices and special beverages
- Clean out refrigerators
- Clean Conference Rooms between meetings
- Spot Cleaning (as needed)
- Special projects as needed
- Other duties may be assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in a work related field
- Some ability speak and understand English
- Good interpersonal skills

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $16.00 / hr - $18.50 / hr. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
