IT Project Manager
Title : IT Project Manager
FLSA Status : Exempt
General Summary : The IT Project Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, Testing and maintaining, supporting B2B / interface solutions to M3 ERP system. This is a hands-on role that requires strong M3 Technical knowledge, program development in MAK, system integration, Infor Development tools (MEC / MOM), EDI support and analysis, and system monitoring in LCM.
Major Responsibilities :
- Support M3 technical environment, i.e Interfaces (MEC), reports (MOM) and Database queries SQL
- Serve as IT / M3 project manger responsible for managing projects schedule, keeping track of project spending vs budgets, serve as a liaison between the IT team and the business team.
- Perform technical reviews of project tasks, suggest improvements in processes and / or applications.
- Must be able to translate business requirements into developed, workable, user acceptable solutions using MAK and MEC
- Ensure best business leverage out of IT implementations by proper usage of the systems
- Daily monitoring of all interfaces between M3 and other systems and correcting interface errors as required
- Daily support to all users as a first level problem solving
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
