Build and maintain strong customer relationships by proactively following up to ensure satisfaction and retention.Provide friendly and accurate customer service , addressing inquiries about quotes, coverages, and policy changes.Generate leads, schedule appointments, and recommend products and services tailored to customer needs.Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and maintain a supportive work environment.Develop expertise in State Farm products to deliver personalized solutions and grow within the agency.No prior experience necessary just a strong desire to succeed and make a difference.As an Agent Team Member, you will enjoy :
