What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Inventory/Dealer trade Office Clerk position at Steve Napleton Dealer Group?
We are a multi-franchise family owned Auto Group that has an immediate opening for an inventory clerk at our corporate office located in Schaumburg, IL.
Responsibilities
- Process paperwork including vehicle MCO and receipt checks for new inbound and outbound dealer trade vehicles.
- Process paperwork including vehicle titles and checks for purchased vehicles, either from an auction, wholesaler, or private party.
- Record all transaction in DMS System (Dealertrack/Tekion)
- Work with accounting schedules for collection and reconciliation of outstanding balances.
- Ability to maintain multiple working files with organization and follow up to ensure timely processing.
The ideal candidate will have experience in processing vehicle titles, auction sales and dealer trades. Will also have a strong ability to multi task, be detail oriented and be self motivated.
