Our training program is built to help you excel in cutting-edge lead generation and conversion strategies. You’ll learn how to maximize live tour requests and grow your business quickly. Many agents achieve 2-3 closed deals per month within their first 90 days, thanks to our premium leads and proven systems.
We set a high standard with our onboarding and training. In your first 5 days, you’ll develop advanced lead conversion skills, consultation expertise, and contract knowledge. Our goal is to get you actively showing properties and closing deals as soon as possible.
What we’re looking for in our agents:
- A passion for helping buyers and sellers through the real estate process
- An active real estate license
- Experience drafting purchase and listing agreements
- Strong skills in property evaluations and pricing
- Responsiveness and availability to meet client needs
- Commitment to keeping systems and CRM tools, including Zillow integrations, up to date
