Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with site preparation, digging, and general labor tasks on construction sites.
- Operate and maintain hand tools and other equipment as required.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
