Responsibilities
- Manage daily café operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.

- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure the café runs smoothly.
- Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.

- Monitor sales performance, analyze retail math metrics, and develop strategies to improve profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care to enhance overall satisfaction.

Experience
- Previous experience in food service management or a similar role is required.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and handling practices is essential.
- Proficiency in using POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Experience in the food industry, particularly in café or retail settings, is advantageous.
