Duties

- Maintain calendars by scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
- Utilize computer systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Draft correspondences and other documents.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling.
- Competent in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications.
- Ability to manage clerical tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to type efficiently
