Duties

- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records related to service operations.
- Conduct auto estimating for repairs and services, ensuring transparency with customers regarding costs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote services such as tire service, shocks struts installation, and alignment.
- Monitor performance metrics for the department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Ensure compliance with dealership standards and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering strong relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an automotive service management role or similar position within a dealership environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance procedures, and repair processes.
