Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. Hours will be 9AM-2PM Monday though Friday. This role is essential in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent customer support abilities, and a proactive approach to handling various tasks.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression of the organization.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Follow up with clients that have filed claims
- Take payments by phone and in person
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives as required.
Skills
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Outlook.
- Exceptional customer support skills with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude.
