RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build Relationships: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and recommend insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
- Consultative Sales: Assess risks and provide personalized insurance solutions.
- Achieve Goals: Collaborate on marketing strategies and meet sales targets.
- Teamwork: Contribute to a collaborative and service-oriented team environment.
- Licensing Requirements: Must obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) license before starting and Life & Health (L&H) license within 30 days of hire.
- Sales & Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in sales preferred, with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and educate clients.
- Customer Focus: A commitment to exceptional service and building relationships.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with computer systems, including CRMs and Windows environments.
