RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Help us in retaining our customers with exceptional customer service
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
- Must have Current Property Casualty and preferably Life and Health Insurance Licensing
- Previous or current State Farm experience and expertise in company systems is a major plus!
- You are not scared to talk on the phone or speak to someone face to face.
- You show up on time, don't make excuses and help the team succeed.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- You can actually deliver on the skills you present.
- Ability to interact and relate with potential customers, listen to their needs and offer solutions.
