RESPONSIBILITIES :

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed

Help us in retaining our customers with exceptional customer service

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Current Property Casualty and Life and Health Insurance Licensing

You are not scared to talk on the phone or speak to someone face to face.

You show up on time, don't make excuses and help the team succeed.

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.

You can actually deliver on the skills you present.

Ability to interact and relate with potential customers, listen to their needs and offer solutions.

Ability to listen and learn from your team and capitalize.

Ability to be trained.

Previous or current State Farm experience and expertise in company systems is a major plus!
