ROLE DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Telemarketer to join our team. As an Insurance Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by reaching out to potential clients and promoting our insurance products. This position requires strong communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and home insurance.
Identify customer needs and tailor your pitch to meet their requirements.
Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
Keep up with the expected 250-300 outbound dials per day to hand off potential clients to our licensed agents
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective telemarketing strategies and campaigns.
Schedule appointments for insurance agents to follow up with interested clients.
QUALIFICATIONS :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
