Your Day to Day
- Properly count work in process product from production place into WIP Freezer
- Ensure Product is covered and properly put away and tracked qty and location
- Conduct cycle counts daily for correct inventory
- Stages WIP product for operations
- Tracks the qty and product in and out of the WIP Freezer
- Responsible for quality control; no damage product allowed into freezer and must be properly stored.
- Operates within standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Safely utilize pallet jacks
- Completes shift logs of product in and out of WIP freezer
- Communicates .
- Cleans and maintains work area.
- Turns off and locks out equipment when not in use.
- Understands the management of Quality Systems and is familiar with SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices which help ensure the safety within the workplace and the production of a safe and quality product(s).
- Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
What You Bring to the Table
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to work a flexible schedule
- Must be willing to work overtime, including weekends if necessary.
- Must be able to read and write in either English or Spanish.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, team environment.
- Must be able to work in Freezer environment
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment requiring strict work/safety rules 100% of the time.
