The Shop Support and Waterjet Operator at SDC is a detail-oriented individual that is reliable and hard-working and will assist in day-to-day operations in our shop. This individual will set up and operate the Waterjet Cutting Center and our in-house Laser Marker to mark part numbers and SDC logo on all custom manufactured parts.

What You'll Do :
- Set-up and operate Waterjet Cutting Center.
- Set-up and operate in-house Laser Marker, marking part numbers & SDC logo on all custom manufactured parts.
- Operate manual knee mills, lathes and grinders as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining machine shop cleanliness, maintenance and upkeep, sweeping / cleaning floors, and organizing materials.
- Responsible for maintaining company and plant equipment including troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
- Assist manufacturing in preparing and finishing stock material and custom parts including saw cutting and basic machining operations.
- Maintains a safe and clean workspace.
