Job Summary
Steven Toyota is seeking an optimistic, energetic, and driven Sales Associate. Our Sales Team sells with a consultative approach and is committed to creating a great buying AND ownership experience for our clientele.
Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Provide a positive, professional, and engaging experience for all customers. Engage in face-to-face, phone, and digital interactions to assess customer needs and preferences.

Sales and Leasing: Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Toyota vehicles to prospective customers. Tailor vehicle recommendations based on customer requirements, including budget, lifestyle, and preferences.

Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Toyota products, features, and promotions.

Customer Follow-Up: Establish and maintain relationships with customers through effective follow-up, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales and leasing process.
- Sales Process Management: Ensure all required documentation and paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales and leasing targets by proactively engaging with leads and managing customer relationships.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team, finance, service, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Customer Retention: Focus on building long-term relationships with customers through outstanding service and communication, promoting future business through repeat sales and referrals.
Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in sales, automotive sales, or customer service preferred but not required.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

Work Ethic: Strong self-motivation, time management, and organizational skills.

Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience and exceed customer expectations.

License/Certification: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Compensation: $45,000 to $110,000/year
