Parts Picker/Packer

Perform warehouse duties and functions to maintain proper inventory levels while processing orders in a timely manner. Prepare items for shipment; primarily focused on pulling, staging, packing, loading and shipping product.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Pick/pull inventory to fill an order; convey to packing station.
• Prepares items for shipping, including weighing, labeling, ensuring that credit terms are met; record shipment in computer program.
• Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies.
• Track shipments as needed.
• Assist in parts inventory count.
• Support service department in parts needs for equipment repairs.
• Maintain the automated inventory management system to ensure actual physical inventory matches the database inventory.
• Other duties as assigned, including receiving.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Inventory control and good teamwork
• Previous warehouse experience a plus
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
• Operate various shipping equipment
• Attention to detail
• Basic math
• Good customer service skills
• Effective computer skills for all software provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
