StevenDouglas is partnering with a client in their search for an GL Accountant. This is a 3-6 month interim engagement with the potential to be considered for a full-time opportunity. This position will be 100% in office.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Perform bank account and balance sheet reconciliations
- Performing month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing activities
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong General Ledger Accounting background
- Experience within the restaurant industry (highly preferred)
- Restaurant 365 software (highly preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
Salary : $35 - $41
