Position Details:
- Title: Analyst (Accounting/Finance)
- Location: New York, NY
- Work Environment: Hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday in office)
- Reports to: Corporate Finance and Reporting Leadership
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, collaborate on, and analyze investor decks, supplemental earnings presentations, 10-Q and 10-K reports, and other SEC filings.
- Create and compile materials for monthly and quarterly Board meetings.
- Maintain, analyze, and reconcile share-based data.
- Take ownership of issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Establish clear timelines and documentation requirements to set and manage expectations effectively.
- Oversee internal communication and provide regular status updates.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years in accounting, finance, or auditing.
- Preferred: CPA certification or active pursuit of CPA credentials.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills necessary.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
