The person in this role will play a key role supporting the corporate accounting and finance function; will implement processes and procedures, streamline processes for increased efficiency, lead automation efforts, ensure SOX compliance, and create strategic plans for accounting and finance transformation projects.
Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance REQUIRED
- Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- CPA Preferred
- 4-8 years of progressive experience with a blend of accounting or finance plus finance transformation
- Ideally 2 years in Big 4 or a National Public Accounting Firm within the finance transformation group
- Experience with an ERP implementation or conversion is highly preferred
- Must have strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX controls
- Must have excellent communication skills as this position is highly visible working cross functionally.
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
