A Business Performance Improvement Executive is needed to drive financial planning and analysis excellence at our private equity client's $30M tech-enabled distribution services business.
This role will have significant exposure to and influence on senior leadership and private equity investors, providing timely insights into trends, profitability, and growth drivers through thoughtful financial analyses and key performance indicators.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in finance functions, including financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, accounting, processes, risks, and controls.
Familiarity with working in a private equity-backed, growth company environment and FP&A experience working with a large number of products and locations are required.
Key responsibilities include developing and presenting materials for the Board of Directors, leading the development of monthly financial reporting packages, the annual budget planning process, and sales forecasting.
Able to work effectively with executive leadership teams, this individual must be skilled in data modeling, tracking KPIs leveraging business intelligence, and ideally have M&A experience (financial analysis, due diligence, and integration).
