Commercial Property Accountant

- Newly created role, supporting the Controller and the Property Manager
- Operate as the “mini-Controller” for the Commercial Real Estate properties
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or business-related experience
- Must have Commercial Real Estate industry experience
- Common Area Maintenance (CAM) accounting for commercial properties
with multiple tenants, including reviewing lease agreements and analyzing CAM provisions
- Min 4/5 years’ experience
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
