Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist for a contract role in Sunrise, FL. This position requires working on-site 5 days a week to input, update, and maintain data in our internal systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent typing speed and accuracy, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data from various sources into internal databases and systems.
- Verify and correct data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform regular audits of data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Communicate with team members to ensure timely and efficient data processing.
- Assist with generating reports and data analysis as needed.
- Organize and maintain data files, ensuring easy retrieval when required.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional data entry or administrative experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week in Sunrise, FL.
Contract Duration:
This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
