StevenDouglas has been retained on an outstanding Director of Accounting search in Dallas, Texas, specifically the Rockwall area. This role is onsite, 5 days a week.
Reporting to an exceptional CFO, the Director of Accounting will be responsible for all accounting responsibilities of the company and will provide both strategic and tactical leadership to the entire enterprise. The opportunity for the Director of Accounting will be to aid in the profitable growth and operating efficiency of the company. They will operate under the direction of the CFO and will strive to improve “close” times, strengthen controls, and manage the accounting and financial reporting responsibilities of the company to ensure a “best in class” environment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or business related field
- Manufacturing industry experience is required.
- CPA license is required
- 7-10 years of accounting experience
- Willing to work on-site, 5 days in office
