StevenDouglas is partnering with a manufacturing client in their search for a Head of Business Transformation. This is a consulting engagement with potential to convert to direct hire with the organization. This role will be working on-site 100% in Grapevine.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the CEO and CFO and will work closely with the leadership team to position the company for profitable growth, cash generation and value creation
- Contribute to the strategic discussions and will lead the project management, business excellence, planning, modeling and reporting activities for the organization
- Focused on initiating and executing projects for 3 categories: Revenue Improvement (volume and pricing), Cost Reduction (contract labor, evaluating vendor costs), Cash Generation (receivables, reducing concessions and discounts)
- Ensure effective business and financial analysis are in place
- Position the company to best achieve its 2025 budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- 7-10 years of progressive experience
- Strong project management and business/financial transformation experience
- FP&A and Operational finance experience - driving value creation, working closely with operations
- PE experience is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, experience developing project tracking models
