StevenDouglas is seeking to add a Manager, Finance and Accounting Search to the Houston, Texas team. This role is newly created position due to the increasing growth of StevenDouglas in the Houston, Texas market.

Reporting to the StevenDouglas Texas Managing Director, this role will be responsible for both identifying and attracting, and top Accounting and Finance talent for our clients. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring a positive client and candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for Accounting and Finance roles, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or business related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Accounting and Finance roles.
- Proven track record of successfully filling Accounting and Finance searches.
- Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance job functions and qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, remotely and as part of a team.
- Prior experience with Bullhorn ATS strongly preferred.
